1471 was working perfectly then yesterday it stopped when I dial now it's just a long drone nothing at all.

Yours is the only recent post I've seen reporting this, so yes. i'd report it to Sky. Call them on 150 from your landline.

It turns out ALL outgoing calls failed despite having a dial tone and all green lights on the router. Incoming calls would ring but had no voice in when answered. A reeboot fixed it, But... not a very good service if it fails but gives no indication of failure. Who knows how many calls I've missed.
