Does anything show here for you:

If not have you run the line test to see if a fault is found, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Do you want Sky to send you the invite it again, if so a chat bubble will appear at the bottom of thispage so you have 48 hours to respond to it.

 

So let us know if you want them to do this.
