I have a BT4600: phone, at present I cannot receive switchboard calls. All I get on the screen is 'incoming call', when I go to answer I get the engaged tone. If I check the screen for a number I get 'no number' on it. Normal calls from non switchboard calls are OK, can anyone help, please?
