Phone not working after upgrade to superfast broadband

After upgrade to sky superfast broadband and new router my phone line doesnt work.

I tried connecting the line to the little microfilter as instruction says but still nothing.  Also doesnt work in back of the router but the phone connection is will need a filter as more like a normal phone connector not the white adaptor style plug

Does your new router have a light on the front panel labelled 'voice' and is it lit? Amber or green? When was your upgrade activated?

There is no voice light

Activated yesterday so assuming the voice part wasnt!
