Phone line is dead - cannot receive or make calls. Can you message sky or chat directly

My 75 year old mother's landline is dead and she cannot make or receive calls thereby putting her at risk. Can anyone advise whether there is a way to message or chat with a real person please?

Yes I've done that thank you. There are no issues reported with her broadband or WiFi.

We can alert Sky's messaging team about this issue but I think they will only talk to the account holder so is that you ?
