My phone line is not working but broadband is since yesterday. I can phone from my mobile to my house phone i can see the call going through but no sound comes from the phone and nothing on the line when phone is picked up

The test is not showing anything is wrong but still not working. I had open reach out before for the same problem a few years ago

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
