If it's still not fixed what was the result of the chat invite that was sent to you a couple of days ago?

I was told an engineer would be out within 48 hours  and have today had a text to say the line has been fixed. It's still not working. I tried switching it off and on again just in case. I also ran the same tests as it says to do but no success

Unfortunately you'll need to contact Sky again, to report it not fixed.

I tried to do that but it directs me back to the community chat. I don't know any  other way to get in touch. I tried the virtual assistant and it's just the same

I've re-escalated your post to Sky and they may get in touch again ~ most likely not until tomorrow now. The process is as before. It will hopefully be sent to Hacked+off+again log in as you flitting between the two log ins is very confusing.
