I try to ring my landline but it does not receive the call,

Whats happening when you try? Any message saying number unobtainable or similar? Can you make outgoing calls? Has this started suddenly and the line was previously okay?

Remember you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.

 

So

  1. Is your broadband working okay?
  2. Was your landline working up til now?

  3. What, if anything, do you hear on your mobile when you try to ring your landline?

  4. Can you make calls out?
