Just had phone call from sky agent? Wanted me to connect to my laptop and connect to strange websites. Is this correct?

That call was a scam call and wold not have been from Sky so as long as you did not do what they wanted you to do then you will have no issues. Scammers want to get access to your laptop so should they call you again just hang up on them and if you have Sky Talk see if you can block the number they called from.
