Our landline has suddenly stopped working and after checking everything, I phoned - only to be told that no staff are available to answer the phones as they are all training!?!?! All of them? I wouldn't worry but we need this landline as my mother is disable and vulnerable and the mobile signal is on and off. Anyone else having trouble?
Ive tried Twitter too! 😞

Same problem here. I've rung lots of different sky numbers for all different departments but they are all closed for training!!!!

You can try and run a check against your service in our service checker and if it picks up the fault, it'll book an engineer for you. Have a look here.
