Landline line cord error message but Wi-Fi ok

Cannot make or receive calls on landline,

, phone handset showing line cord error message.  Wi-Fi working fine.  Have checked using another phone and still issue remains

@nick+1  Did this happen out of the blue or have you upgraded your package with Sky or have you just joined Sky?

Have done all of this troubleshooting and still no luck. How can I get in touch with Sky please
