I've tried 2 different phones, tried directly into the master socket with no results. Line has been awful for ages but now the line is totally dead.
Wiring as far as I can tell looks fine too. I've done all the checks I can and am at a loss

the voice light is off,I'm not sure it's ever been on tbh. phone (landline) is connected through phone socket

I've also tried connecting just the landline phone directlyinto the master socket/test socket and still no dial tone

Have you tried to log a fault with Sky that your landline is not working correctly?

Been with sky over 11 years, updated package a year or so ago. Been having a bad line for ages on and off.
How do I log a fault withoutmy landline?
