Landland not working

I can receive calls to my landline but I can not make calls.  When I try to make calls it either is silent, or says I have dialled a wrong number, or speaks to me in an automated foreign language.  This has happened today, 22nd April 2023, and yesterday.

 

Can someone from Sky please e-mail as I can not call Sky because my landline does not work.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication. They won't know who you are from your Community log-in as it isn't linked to your real account.

The broadband works okay and there is no fault.  I am talking about my landline which is not connected to my broadband.  I do not have an internet phone.

I am aware it is your phone service that isn't working which is why I posted the link for you to get the line test run. There is an option to say that your broadband is fine as you will see.
