I can’t receive calls on my landline

When I try to call my landline from say my mobile, the landline phone doesn't even ring and the call is terminated immediately.

I'm waiting for results from my doctor today so this is urgent.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Short term I suggest you ring the Dr's and give them an alternative method of contact.

i can't received nor make any calls to my landline. 
i followed the troubleshooting guides steps provided into the website, but this still didn't work.

 

What shall I do now??
