Help needed on behalf of parents

How can I speak to someone from sky regarding a problem on my elderly parents landline,  they are both hard of hearing and are struggling to report it themselves so I would like to do this on their behalf

If you have access this online account for their services then see if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

Their best option is to register with the Accessibility team, who have additional contact options for the hard of hearing.

I don't think the customer service, centres would be able to help you, as they have to speak to the accountholder in order to pass security.
