@MehtaN  Can you provide more info please as without any usable details it's going to be difficult to help.

 

 When was it last working, what happens then you try to use the phone, have you recently upgraded your broadband service.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
