I have broadband but cannot make or receive calls on landline since switching to Sky. The phone is charged and working fine.
HELP!!

If your Hub has 4 lights, and the one labelled Voice is lit, your phone won't work from the wall socket.

THanks so much.....why does noone tell you to do that with phone. I now have a dial tone etc

No paperwork just a router and 3 leads!

Can receive ok. Checked all cables and connectors. Has worked well for years. Never had a voice light.
