Hi all, box will only do catchup on bbc and itv no sky channels? will not download films, rang sky, they talked me through reset procedure, didnt work so they sent me ne viewing. card, still doesn't work?

In case it helps somebody, I had this exact issue and solved it by updating the firmware in my home router. Maybe Sky has moved to using a more modern protocol for video streaming, which might not be correctly handled in older home router firmware.
It is an Edgerouter X which was running the factory v1.10.7 firmware from several years ago. When I updated to v2.0.9-hotfix.7 it again became possible to catch up everything and download movies too.
It might be helpful for Sky to include updating the home router software as an idea to try for people experiencing the Technical Fault 11(272) error.
