Hi. Unable to access On Demand/Netflix etc as no Internet connection. The light on my router keeps flashing Amber and then going off. I've done some checks and all looks fine apart from 'Telephone line not connected". Been away for a few days so not sure when the problem started. Can Sky check my phone line remotely?

You mention Netflix so I guess you have posted in the wrong form, this forum is for Sky+ and earlier customers
