Telephone line not connected

Hi. Unable to access On Demand/Netflix etc as no Internet connection.  The light on my router keeps flashing Amber and then going off. I've done some checks and all looks fine apart from 'Telephone line not connected".  Been away for a few days so not sure when the problem started.  Can Sky check my phone line remotely?

Telephone line not connected does not affect the workings of the TV service, the phoneline cable has not been needed for many years, for On Demand you need a connection to your broadband router

 

You mention Netflix so I guess you have posted in the wrong form, this forum is for Sky+ and earlier customers

I only mentioned Netflix because that's affected too On my network settings it says my connection to Broadband Router is OK but connection to On Demand has failed

For Sky+ Neflix is a red herring, sounds link a broadband issue, try rebooting your router then your Sky+ box
