on demand not working

my sky on demand is not connecting even though my router is connected and signal is fine

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Turn both your Sky box and your router off at the plug. Wait 1 minute before turning the router back on, and a further 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see it it connects.
