Viewing Card not Working

My Sky digital box stopped working on Friday and is requesting a new Sky viewing card.

I have variously tried different cards and rebooting but still I have nothing,

I called the support number and they suggest I try here.  Note this is an old Pace Sky Digital box - not SkyQ

@John_Gooch  before it stopped working had you started a switch to sky Q?
