I need to book a engineer to look at my sky hd box because it goes frizz, blank, and goes blue screen

As @Annie+UK indicates, Sky will now tell you that the only option available from them is to move to Sky Q
If you wish, you could try replacing the Sky+ box with a second-hand unit, but there's no guarantee this will resolve the issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kim354 as a first step, I would suggest replacing the HDMI cable between your Sky box and your TV. Make sure both your Sky box and TV are in standby when you do it.
