Need to book a engineer

I need to book a engineer to look at my sky hd box because it goes frizz,  blank, and goes blue screen

You'll need to find your own local satellite installer in your area, unless you pay for extra insurance ie Sky Protect etc...

As @Annie+UK indicates, Sky will now tell you that the only option available from them is to move to Sky Q

 

If you wish, you could try replacing the Sky+ box with a second-hand unit, but there's no guarantee this will resolve the issue.

@Kim354 as a first step, I would suggest replacing the HDMI cable between your Sky box and your TV. Make sure both your Sky box and TV are in standby when you do it.
