My remote has frozen cant change channels

I was wanting g to record a programme  my remote seems to have frozen can't scroll along to see what is on or change channels

Remove the batteries and hold down select for thrity seconds the replace the batteries (you'll have to reprogeamme the remote for your TV)

If that fails try using the buttons on the box as a temporary measure whilst you resolve your remote issue
