I don't know which the standby button is on my remote control

@Hoby+Girl  It's the button in top right hand corner  on remote

@Hoby+Girl  Depending on which remote it is you need to look for the button that looks like the one highlighted.

That symbol has been universally used around the globe for many decades to represent power on/off

Exactly, I have many devices that go to standby via the on/off button 🙄
