I cannot record, preview or access previous recordings

I cannot access sky+ playback, record or previous recorded programs

@ROHara1  Do you still have the relevant subscription 

 

or have you cancelled/moved to another sky product?

@ROHara1 if a Planner Rebuild doesn't fix it, tell us what the error message is when you try to record or view recordings.
