I'm having problems with my hard drive I have followed the prompts but still no luck ?

A message came up saying I was having problems with my hard drive and I'd have to reset by hiting a link which I did abd that meant I lost all my recordings etc but it didn't fix it !!!

You should find secondhand boxes online from places like eBay etc...

Sky would no doubt do you a good deal to upgrade to Sky Q, if that's an option for you.

Thank u yes I think that's what I'm going to have to do but getting thru on phone is a nightmare 😱
