Rental technical issue

Ordered a rental, it should have been available for a week. Within 48 hours the rental is not on recordings and when try to select the film again an error message comes up saying because of a technical issue your download can't be completed try again later

Hi @Joey777   Did you start to watch it, even for a second as this flags the start of your maximum time to watch it, which I think is 48 hours (guess). It is shown on the rental screen.

As @MightyQuinn says -once you start watching you only have 48 hours to finish watching 

 

it might be worth trying a livechat with the Skystore team (open at 11am) to explain what happened and to see if they are willing to offer you a goodwill rental. Can't do any harm to ask ?
