Netflix is included included in the Ultimate TV package so can't be cancelled from this or are you being billed seperately via Sky for it ?
If not and you do want to cancel the ultimate package and change to the Signature one you would need to speak to Sky support.
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
