I had a sky engineer booked to come today between 12 and 5pm to install sky.
I got to the house at 11.45 to find a note through the door saying 'sorry we missed you' at 11.15am!!
The engineers should not be allowed to turn up earlier than the time allocated without at least calling first.
We now can't get an engineer out until 3rd October and we are planning to move in tomorrow .
Very disappointed and angry at the time wasted!!
