Hi got a text and email message stating I will be charged £52 for not returning equipment but I am using it I upgraded my account

Normally we could escalate your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team could help you, but there is currently a limited service with that until at least tomorrow so you’ll either need to call Sky or post back in this thread next week when we can hopefully escalate it.
