I cannot record any programs from Channel 5HD catchup/on demand part of my skyQ. I donot have a HD subscription but Channel 5HD is a free to air channel. I can watch live tv in HD and also record from the planner in HD but trying to download episodes missed am unable to do! I have even tried tried searching for SD versions of a program which dont seem to be available given HD is free to air anyway.
Do anybody have any ideas?

All Series 6 episodes 1 -6 are showing as available in SD on my box
Please may I suggest you try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

@koojo this has come up before and although you can watch and record channel 5 in HD without the HD subscription to be able to watch catchup/on demand in HD from channel 5 you need to have the HD subscription.
This seems to be a channel 5 decision

Thanks for the response. Channel 5 decision to do this dont seem fsir as said programs are not available in SD neither ..

Is season 6 of Dogs behaving (very) badly. It was once on the the planner and series linked. Just noticed last night that season 6 had started but the series link has disappeared from the planner. So trying to record the 5 episodes we have missed is impossible for reasons mentioned above!
