Music playing over all tv channels

For some reason, we now have music playing over all our live TV channels via our Sky Q box. It does not occur with the free digital TV channels on the TV. I have reset the Sky Q box but despite htis, the music is present on every channel - although it is different music - and NO, it is not music appropriate or related to the TV programme. I have ensured there is no music bluetooth connection playing. There is no obvious setting to change either. 

Interestingly this is not occuring with the miniboxes in the house. 

I am really not certain what to do next. Any ideas?

When you say you have reset your Q box @SportyDoc 

was this a reboot or a Reset settings in the hidden menu?

I reset it. Power cable removed and reinserted.
