HD channel issues

I have upgraded to sky glass and will be getting delivery next week. However since I did this all my HD channels are no longer working on my sky q box can anyone explain why?

Just a slight correction to your post: No way is Sky Glass an "upgrade" from Sky Q, it is a 'change from'.

I am just another Sky customer!
