Hi all,
I've recently bought a Freesat recordable 4K TV box after being a Sky Q user for a number of years. Unfortunately rising costs have forced me to downgrade.
When trying to install the Freesat box I encounter an issue where no signal can be detected from the satellite. I have just plugged my SkyQ box back in and no problems are found with all Freeview channels being available.
Is there a reason as to why my Freesat recordable TV box can't detect the satellite? Any help or support would be very much appreciated!
