Faulty equipment

Sky Q box hasn't been working since last night, the Q on the front of the box is flashing blue can't turn it onn/off switched it off at the mains and no joy. 
has a message on screen But won't let me type it

It probably wouldn't let you type the numbers bit but that appears to show a date and time. I've not come across that style of message before. Are you sure that's a message from Sky and not from your TV?

Not sure as the box isn't coming on atall just stays with that code on. The Q is flashing blue. It's not the remote. My little sky Q box is on down stairs but not working as the main sky Q box upstairs isn't working. It's been making a noise all night the box like it's on like a fan noise.
