Blank screen

Tv keeps going blank while streaming, happens on all services other than terrestrial channels (Netflix, prime, tnt sport, sky) . We retain sound throughout.

It's random and can happen any time of day or night, usually fixes for a short time but turning on & off or updating but then seems to Happen more often.

We have changed Hmdi channel, checked all leads and changed them, updated box software, turned off and reset box and tv! We gave Good signal and use sky broadband!

We have tried the sky bot but that wasn't helpful and didn't have answers

can anyone suggest anything else please? Do we need a new box?
