Contacted Sky 4 times to use phone in Spain, did everything they have asked except removed SIM and put in another phone because we don't have the pin to remove it. Any help appreciated

There has been issues in Spain for a while now and sadly there doesn't seem to be an answer so if you are going to be out there for a while it might be worth picking up a local sim and using that instead.
