If you have a Sky sim card and you want to move your number from the EE card to the sky one then yes you can do this:

 

Get a pac code from EE

Give the Pac code to Sky


You can give Sky your pac code online here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer
