Changing Sky Mobile Address

Hello, I'm just wondering if there's a way I can change my Sky mobile address without having to call them? I struggle with anxiety and phone calls are really challenging. Thank you!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello,

I need to change my Sky Mobile address also and was told I would need to call however similar to OP, I struggle with calls and was wondering if I could change my address through other means?

I’ll escalate your post to Sky in a few minutes and the Messaging Team should contact you tomorrow.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
