Yes, I'm logged in and it says welcome with my name however my vip has not worked in a long time and every time it says claim vip it never works

What do you mean by this, do you not see the TV, Mobile, Broadband buttons at the bottom from the home screen ?

For example I check my account and it says no information available. I check my vip awards and it says it is locked because I am not a member however I have been a member for many years and upgraded my package a few months ago now

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
