For some reason every time I start the Sky GO app on my MacBook or Windows PC, I get an error saying "Something is wrong. The app will now quit (1a). I can't ever get past this screen.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? As I've never been able to use Sky GO properly on my Windows PC or MacBook, it only works on my phone which is quite disappointing really.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

As the chat invite was sent to you last year on the 14th December it has long since closed so do you want them to contact you again about this and if so will you be able to respond ?
