my name in email address

Instead of showing my name in my email address when I send an email or get  a reply, it shows E-MÂIL ÂLERT.

Should I be worried and what can i do to get rid of it?

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address.You can also change the display name here as well,

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
