I had an email from SKY but on checking was not
telling me my email exceeded its limit with a link to upgrade, without thinking I did then realised what I had done quickly changed my password.

Login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:

As long as the changes @caesarome has indicated have not taken place, you are probably safe.
