Importing emails

I can't access emails on my computer so I'm now trying to acces them through gmail by importing the emails. 
Ive signed into my gmail, clicked on import contacts and emails and it comes up with step 1 enter the password which I've done, but I keep getting gmail couldn't identify your pop server. Enter the pop server information below...

I've used the full username as people have stated and I've changed the pop server: pop.mail.yahoo.com and I've also tried tools.sky.com. I've changed the port to 995 and 993. It's still not letting me change it. 
please help. Thank you

You will need to use a generated password. https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps
