weak internet in another part of the house

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today had engineer connecting Sky service (broadband). But the signal is not covering the whole house as they install the box in a wrong place. We have showed them the place where it is better to use it for. At the end they forgot about it, the wire was cutted so finally the internet is not working in all rooms of the house. 

We kindly ask you to help to solve it as Sky manager promise dus that the internet will have good signal everywhere ib the house.

Sky nor Openreach are obligated to install the router in the location you request. If your WiFi signal isnt reaching all parts of the house & you have the Sky Broadband boost or Sky WiFi Max addon you can claim free boosters to increase coverage.
