I am moving into a new build. My neighbours both sides of me have their address listed when I enter the postcode when I attempt to sign up for sky but mine isn't. My adress has been registered correctly as I have checked with Royal Mail.
Sky say they can not progress my order as my address is not listed.
How often do Sky update there database with new registered addresses.
Is it really not possible to progress the order just because my postcode is not in their database even though both my neighbours are listed.
