sky broadband. No connection and resetting doesn’t change issue

Hiya,

 

i am having an issue with my sky broadband I have no internet connection and the lights on the ONT box are all on apart from the PON light which is off also second light on the black broadband box is Amber. 

 

I have tried reseting  the box and plugging out and in leads again and no change. All wires are properly connected.
