No broadband hub

My broadband is due to be activated tomorrow the 14th but my hub hasn't arrived my Royal Mail office say they have no such parcel what scam is this

@JayeGerrard doubt it is a scam more likely an error. Check the my orders section in the My Sky app as thst should tell you whether a hub has been dispatched to you and by what route. If one hasn't been sent yhen contact Sky.
