My broadband is due to be activated tomorrow the 14th but my hub hasn't arrived my Royal Mail office say they have no such parcel what scam is this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JayeGerrard doubt it is a scam more likely an error. Check the my orders section in the My Sky app as thst should tell you whether a hub has been dispatched to you and by what route. If one hasn't been sent yhen contact Sky.
