router

i have had 1st stage install outside and 2nd stage due on 20th march also goes live, the problem is i have not recieved router yet, it is showing on my account in progress for delivery monday 18th but as yet i have not had a tracking number. today being friday the 15th, any advice would be helpful thanks.
