Wi-Fi issue

Hi, I've got an issue with my Wi-Fi, it's been perfectly fine all day, and about 20 minutes ago (00:20), it stopped working. On my router, I've got 2 green lights and 2 orange 

green lights are: 1) power 2) wifi 

orange lights are: 1) internet and 2) voice.

I have tried both resetting and unplugging the router, both with no luck. I've tried to do a connection test and it just says unable to connect. So I don't know what's going on, any help and advise would be greatly appreciated

Hiya, my internet too is down and I have 2 orange lights and 2 green lights. I think it's down again😩

Mine is also down. Yet again. This is at least the 10th time in the past 3 months!!

Come on Sky sort it out!! You're charging enough for this service, it could at least work properly!!
